Tip: When you find nasty shit like this in your garage (or bees anywhere they shouldn’t be) just grab a can of brake cleaner and take care of business. It varies in efficacy with different pests but some things (like bees) drop if you even get it close to them.

Seriously, why can’t we use nukes? The Donald wouldn’t be wondering what to do with a spider like that.

If you are not at peace with huge spiders, why do you live in the PNW?
Seriously, dude, spiders own this part of the country. Overcast and rainy for 9 months, infested with spiders for 10-11 months, giant spiders everywhere for 6 months, tiny spiders overrunning everything for 1-2 months... Year-round you'll be walking into spider webs at least once a week (if it isn't once a day).
Definitely not a place for arachnophobes.

Yes I know. There are spiders all over my bushes. This is a disturbingly large spider.

The addage is that any person is never more than 5ft away from a spider. In the case of people having garages though, its apparently more frequent. :P

In the case of the PNW, I’m betting there’s a spider within a foot of me nearly anywhere I go. My car probably came with one after sitting at the dealer overnight.
